Cost more than twice the amount of other accounts offering similar services. After leaving them their service in transitioning all information over was terrible as expected. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!
Great company and very helpful staff. I would recommend for anyone that has not been a freelancer previously, took care of everything and got me trading with company and bank account all sorted on the same week!

This company is ridiculous! A complete waste of time and they put you under so much stress. At times, I have felt someone had actually put a gun on my head! I am so glad I'm leaving First Freelance - they charged me a fee for leaving as well even though I was with them over 6 months. I think the reviews here don't tell the real story. I was unemployed and were still charging me, not very considerate nor understanding. The person I was dealing was very manipulative - I wish I can mention her name but she is an account manager. Please be careful and think twice - also read the whole document. PS: I wouldn't even rate the business but google doesn't allow this option.
I would be very careful when choosing this company. Since leaving and winding down my company, I have had a lot more sudden service costs which were not communicated to me when I signed up. Eg when winding down, a dividend payout would be free but using a capital distribution route (which was financially beneficial), would suddely cost 360. I asked for the pricing structure or terms where it states that and they said "we do not hold a pricing structure". My package also includes my personal tax calculation. Once it says I have foreign income it then says it charges an addition amount from 99 upwards.They also don't contact you until you proactively reach out on the status of your return. When you close down, I was also assigned one of the most junior members to look after my queries. Before joining, I would just say to be very careful.
