I tried to open a bank account with PNB VICTORIA London with 150 with the intention of having access to my funds when in the Philippines. I have had so much trouble with this bank and even after two more previous visits to PNB victoria still have not received my pass book. This is going on for TWO YEARS now.Shame on you PNB VICTORIA for a lousy service.I fully intend to make a case with you for my money back, as I have no intention to save a penny with you ever..You deserve no star whatsoever.
The que is still long on the weekend but the new bank is a great improvement on the old location. There is much more room inside and it is a lot brighter.
