UPDATE: The salon contacted me to apologise and arrange for a complementary manicure to fix the problem. The manicurist was very apologetic and careful to make sure I didn't have issues again - it's good to find a place that cares about customer service. And I'm happy to say my nails are chip free a week later.I had a shellac manicure last week. Within 4 days 2 nails were badly chipped. I wrote to them to express my disappointment/ask if they could repair. Another 2 days later and I have no response and a third badly chipped nail.
Great services at this salon. Staff is professional, friendly, and do an excellent job. Thank you as always.

Disgusting level of customer service... I had an appointment booked at 3.00pm today....I arrived at the salon at 3.04...and the beautician refused to provide the treatment saying every min counts and I need to close the saloon at 3:30pm...she said the treatment would take her 45 mins in total because she will need to wait till i get changed and then pay her..I said i booked through treatwell and got a message from yourselves saying its a 30 mins appointment starting at 3:00pm ...nowhere does it mention 45 mins...I don't get this...she proposed to provide me half the treatment...absolutely disgusting level of customer service....I have never experienced this...especially if there are no follow up appointments...avoid this place at all costs...0 professionalism or customer service....if it was such an issue I should have been called by the saloon asking me to arrive 15 minutes earlier!
Worst place Ive ever been to. Horrible staff and quite frankly an absolute joke. I would highly recommend never visiting this place as theyre a money-hungry scam that would rather you pay for a service that they simply cant deliver.
