I contacted Steven out of the blue with a few roofing questions after watching many of his videos on youtube.He went out of his way to help me (even though it was a few days before Christmas!), providing invaluable technical advice for a large workshop I'm constructing in my garden. Wow this guy is an amazing human being. I live about 4 hours north of London and contacted Steven regarding advice on a flat roof to be built on a new rear extension. He looked at my architects drawings and advised me jam packed full of information form Insulation/rubber membranes to furrings. I feel like the advice he provided me free of charge by the way in a video format has been without doubt invaluable. Had he been close to where we live I would have loved him to do our roof.
