Upscale scandi-euro restaurant with decent menu and bar offering. Bar staff are more than happy to talk through various drinks etc.
Very authentic and tasty food. Pizza Isn't my favourite thing to eat but i did actually enjoy it! Lamb sausage starter was nice too but watch out for the chilli sauce, it's super hot for novices (I LOVE very hot food so liked it myself)!
The fried squid dish was absolutely delicious, but the pork belly was not cooked properly at all. I didn't have the time to send it back so I just powered through it. I got a business card and decided I would email them to let them know about my experience and wait to see if they had anything to say about it. It's been a week, and I didn't hear back, so I thought I would leave this review. I will say the restaurant is beautiful, and plenty of people seemed to be having a great lunch. I just couldn't get over how tough the pork meat was, and how the un-rendered fat almost choked me because I couldn't chew through it. More time, lower temperature cooking would have made this dish excellent, but someone obviously rushed it. Service from the bar area was really good, just wish the pork belly had been better. Easily a 5/5 if it was.
Met a friend here for coffee. Wish I had an Apple mac laptop as I felt naked without one. Lots of people working (checking email?) here - very busy for a hotel/coffee bar. Good vibe and would definitely return (early to grab a good seat).
Good choice of restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean. A bit soulless to be honest. We ate at Zizzis. Good service despite it being very busy.
