Nice SPA !They offer good massage facilities.
The spa is good and the staff r really nice and welcoming . Its in a 5* hotel. I had a facial treatment there and the therapist was really nice. The treatment itself wasnt up to my expectations, my skin was left very oily after and didnt see any difference. It was a 60mims treatment including Hand and Arm Exfoliation and Massage which I never received. I realised that only when I left and read the treatment again. My advice is be precise with the therapist coz they can give u the opposite of what I ask for.
Wow what an amazing experience Yesterday I went for a treatment, a full body massage followed by a light healthy lunch What a great experience, I have to give to them 5 stars, I would give it more if I had the option.Extremely professional service in this stunning 3 floors spa. Ricardo was amazing and extremely professional, very attentive and gave me great advises.Then I treated myself to a nice light healthy juice and lunch which was a perfect addition. Gave me so much energy, I came out of the spa re-energised, I well needed to release all that tentions I had in my body and my mind.Thank you so much guysDefinitely recommend this place.
The most wonderful relaxing spa although a little later on in the afternoon it became a couple's paradise and we had to retreat to the ladies changing room for loungers.
Fantastic spa day - best treatments and therapists in London. Facilities are top notch.One negative- children are allowed between -10am-11.30am.It is well advertised so it is not the Spas fault - just very unfortunate that parents are so selfish to let there children run around screaming , jumping and splashing for a full haour and a half. Really ruining other guests experience.The food at the spa was also fantastic - eaten there many times and this was by far the best.
