Used the Walk-In service at the Embassy. Very efficient. Kept up to date on progress. A very nice looking "Visa" now in the Passport. Looking forward to travelling.

While the service was polite and courteous, I think communications between the Consulate and Immigration in Jakarta could be better. I found myself having to complete a visa application form in London after being told by Immigration there was no need. Things could have been smoother. But, processed in two days rather than three - maybe I went on the right day...

Excellent service. Dropped off my passport on Monday morning & was able to collect Tuesday afternoon. No drama or problems. Both visits were not more than 5 minutes each. Many thanks to the team.

As I only sent my passport to you on Monday, the Embassy processed my visa application and returned it to me by Friday, Wow what a great service.My only negative that I would like to bring to your attention is the fact that we had to send a postal order which we have to pay a surcharge of 11%, could you not accept bank transfers straight into your nominated bank?But overall I would like to say a big Thank you for such a speedy and brilliant service

The staff are all kind and courteous and made the application process experience both enjoyable and straightforward. I also found out that online applications can be made at the embassy itself as all necessary documents can be printed there too. They make it easy and for me was very efficient. My visa was ready to collect the day after submitting my application.
