Dropped in for a couple of classes as I was traveling for work. Instructors were very good, helping with skills as well as lifting form. The classes were fun, and the people were very nice. Definitely will drop in again when I'm back in town!
I dropped in at CFCR SW while visiting the area from the US. Excellent coaching staff and cool facilities (theyre located inside GYMBOX Victoria). Also - you will never be at a loss for equipment as far as I can tell. Ski ergs, rowers, air bikes, turf tracks, barbells, KBs, DBs, you name it. Only thing i didnt see was a GHD but when youve got all the other stuff Im sure youll still get a killer workout. I definitely did. Will definitely come back whenever Im in town again!
I dropped in for 3 classes while I was vacationing in London. The coach was very knowledgeable and welcomed me into the class. I had a great experience all 3 times that I attended and will definitely be back the next time I am in London.
