I have just come to the end of a 15 month tenancy, managed by Bensons. They were very professional and responsive throughout and whenever something needed fixing they would get on with it quickly. They also returned my deposit promptly at the end of the tenancy. I would be very happy to rent again through Bensons in the future.
In a word - Superb! Maria is fantastic and the wider Bensons team is a joy to work with. Always available when needed, answer the phone first time of calling (even when they're on their holiday!!) Could not ask for a better agent! I have rented twice through them and would happily do so again.
