Worst agency ever!!! 1 star is too much. Have ignored us for over a month with issues we raised before the end of our tenancy. Advertised the property to us as "electric only" and one year and a half into our tenancy, we were served with a bill (that MyLondonHome registered us without our consent and knowledge) worth almost 800. We tried contacting them multiple times but they kept on ignoring us. We had our check out more than a week ago and no one has contacted us in regards to our deposit. There is no end to the issues and difficulties they caused us. Avoid at any cost!
After looking at these reviews, I think many people were in the same position I am. The company is great is helping you find a home, and then they request you to leave a review including your agents name before being able to continue with signing your contract. However as soon as you pay them the money and sign the contract, they completely disappear. I have emailed and called the company multiple times to get repairs done and have had no response whatsoever. As these faults directly effect my life, I've needed to pay for them and get them fixed myself even though I have photographic proof that they were broken before I moved in. I've been living here for nearly three months now and the repairs I reported when I moved in have not been fixed at all. None of my emails have been responded to in the past two months and it has resulted in me filing a complaint against them in court. This is not the way to treat young tenants and the mentality of "it doesn't affect my life so I don't care" is extremely irresponsible, especially if you are "a property agent". I have paid admin fees, paid all my rent upfront and have been extremely patient with the company and still been completely ignored and disrespected. This is very disappointing.
Horrible property management service. Same as another reviewer wrote, they are very good in taking your money and then disappear when you need their service. It's been 2 months since we've moved out from the property and we still haven't even heard about when we will get our deposit back, although have spend our in sending emails and phone calls. Will be taking legal actions against them this week. Avoid this agency.
Al is a gem of person and very supportive. Would highly recommend him to get honest advise and support you expect from a property agent.
