Absolutely horrified at this branch of Foxtons and their procedures. My partner is 6 months pregnant. Despite being informed and frequently agreeing to visits from new potential tenants, Foxtons acted disgracefully in visiting the premises with NO notice. Where notice was given permission was always granted. Despite this, they still took advantage and turned up when it suited them. Had my partner not been at home on one of the days by chance we would never have known about these secret visits. We began monitoring this closely and can recite at least 5 occasions the flat was accessed without her knowledge. When discussed with the office the treatment towards her was disgusting and I would strongly recommend people are not sold on the brand name. Horrific customer service. Disgraceful treatment of a pregnant lady. Invasion of privacy. I hope you got your commission.
I had been looking at properties for around 3-4 months but hadn't quite found that property that was the correct fit. Me and my friend was viewing properties from many agencies and thank god we finally met Mr. Eduard Popa from Foxtons who was such a time-saver and professional agent for us. He was always thoughtful especially when my English was not so fluent as a foreigner. We were over-nervous with the contract so we raised loads of questions but Eduard was very patient, nice and responsible, as always, to answer those questions one by one in details. Ive contacted more than five agents in Foxtons and for me Eduard is absolutely the best one, in every aspects.
