The staff are helpful and friendly. Great choice of wines and a lively atmosphere. You get a card and top it up with credit, then choose your wine by the glass so you can try several wines in various price ranges. The food was the biggest disappointment- had 3 pieces of cheese & bread for 12 but when it came, it was the smallest pieces of cheese - Honestly not worth it :(

An amazing place. Good atmosphere and really good and professional staff. So so helpful. Specially, Jeff, he was ALWAYS looking after us, checking if everything was good. If you want a good experience with a great atmosphere and excellent service, just come here! You will never regret! Just excellent !

I don't get it. Why do they not just put a credit card reader instead of the cards? Huge hustle to get money loaded on to the special card and you have to stand in line to settle the bill at the end. When I was there, there was an hour wait on snacks... No recommendation from the staff or even a guide for wine leaves you feeling overwhelmed with choices.
