Great hotel with nice staff. I've stayed her many times for business and pleasure and am always happy with the quality / cleanliness of the room. Executive lounge is really nice. The array of sweets found in my room after a long day is certainly a huge plus. Staff is very nice, but lots of turnover so just when you build a good relationship with someone, they move on. Not necessarily uncommon in this industry but something I appreciate when I find it. For this reason I'm giving it a 4 not 5 star.
If I put my soft shoes on in a place of wonder and comfort with a price to offer me pleasure, happiness, comfort I would not be confused to enter such a place. It's dignity grows in your shoes with love and necessity, the experience is out of my comfort, if only I had another spar and steam it would be a compliment with its aroma of scented candles. I would love to feel the comforts of a daily expresso in a place of pleasure and lovers comfort. It's a good honest place for a pleasure for me to enjoy. Very pleasantly situated in a wonderful location of wishful thinking.
Staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly, in a nice rather than obtrusive way. Had one of my best nights sleep here in ages - silent room, pitch black, comfy bed, loved it. Was given an upgrade which was lovely too, my room was huge. Breakfast was OK, a good selection of options in the buffet and they also cook to order. I just had the buffet for speed, but I've had better, mushrooms and tomatoes surprisingly flavourless, and the waffles tasted like packaged ones rather than fresh, so breakfast is only reason I haven't given 5 stars.
Nice hotel. Excellent location. Across the street from the tube. Easy train ride or walking distance to so many of the tourist sites in London. Cute rooms. Nice lounge for cocktails and relaxation.
The hotel was very modern and was obviously updated recently. The concierge lounge was very nice with a large evening selection of food and drink. It had full table service with each table receiving a very nice selection of appetizers. The room was a little cramped for an upgraded room but was nicely appointed. The power drape unit was broken in our room and it had a fair amount of outside noise coming through the older windows. If they update the windows it would be a 5 star rating.
