What a fabulous hotel. Squeaky clean room with tasteful interior. The breakfast had a great selection and service.

Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms with modern fittings, and very obliging staff. Hotel is in a good location in a safe residential area and close to London landmarks. The bathrooms are great and hotel has environmentally friendly towel laundering policy, which is nice! Hotel also gives you slippers (very useful if you don't like walking around barefoot in hotel rooms) and complimentary ginger snaps in the mini bar, which is very British. The building itself is very grand and charming.

I liked the room, and location. Convenient and easy to find and get around. Staff could have been a little friendlier, but we all have long days. My room was clean, with a spacious bathroom, and room service was quick and convenient

Room was clean and tidy but cold with no full length mirror. Sofa which sunk into inself when you sat on it. Tiny TV miles away the bed...couldn't be watched from sofa or chair...just very basic for the price. Exterior entrance was beautiful.Staff were nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and professional staff. They can take care of your luggage and happy to help. We had an appartment room which was a nice touch and very comfortable. Bed was comfortable and the room was large. All the amenities you would expect and the room was quiet. Not far from Victoria train/coach station and quick walk to Palace of Westminster etc. Would be 5* rating but just small attention to detail such as finishing of light switches. Room was very clean.
