Very nice food. Great atmosphere. Just had to remove a star in cause we were sitting at a table next to door of the entrance of the patio where there is a smoking area. People were smoking cigars and every time the door was opened a really strong smell came in for a couple of minutes... Not necessarily the most pleasant when you are eating
This is one my favorite places to stay in London. I used to stay here exclusively with my previous company and they took great care to know the type of room I liked and ensured I had that ready when I arrived. It is the only hotel I know of where the room is ready whenever I arrive even if its early morning. It is located in great location and is within walking distance from many sightseeing places. The tea selection at the place is also great!The gym is small but has everything. They have great protein snacks complimentary at the gym as well as coconut water. Lastly the spa facilities is also really nice.I dont get to stay here too often as it is far too expensive without the corporate rate but the if you can afford it or feel like splurging definitely stay here.
Came for Sunday Brunch. Not the first time, so I knew what to expect. Amazing! Gorgeous interior, attentive but relaxed staff and food to die for. Plus an excellent singer and guitarist to complete the caressing of the senses. Wow!
Luxury at its finest. Setting is excellent as well as the geographical position. The concierge is incredible and they have a great courtyard in the centre with rugs should it get cold. Fantastic cigar collection if you're partial to a cigar or two. Spa is fabulous.
What can we say other than outstanding. Seamless service from excellent waiting staff, delightful food, great atmosphere. My wife and I have had a jazz brunch at the Waldorf New York, which was lovely, but we both decided this is where we would return if we only had one choice.A fantastic experience, thank you. Looking forward to seeing you again.
