Great place! Great staff, cannot wait to come back. Make sure to stay in a King Suite, well worth the money.

Booked for my partners birthday as had read good reviews about the place and it didn't disappoint. On arrival we told reception we were there because of my partners birthday etc, and whilst we were out they had a cake made for her and waiting in the room for when we got back with a note saying happy birthday. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was really comfy! And the new yorker bar at night had a brilliant atmosphere with live singing. Thankyou for your hospitality, and hopefully we will see you again!

A little dated with decoration, it seems to be an odd mix of old with modern thrown in which doesnt really work. It took a very long time to get noticed by the staff. Of which there were several of them. Food and drinks were good and selection of cocktails were great. Good location.

Ive stayed here a few times and each time has been great. Staff are fantastic, great for couples and due to location Id say one of the best hotels in London without paying the top end price tag. Staff were really helpful and friendly

The rooms are clean and comfortable, somewhat small, but manageable. The bar is nice with a good menu. There is 24h room service with food available as well. If you want slippers, you have to ask by calling reception. The staff is nice, friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face. Location is fantastic, right across from Buckingham Palace, and a 2-minute walk to Victoria station and underground.
