Four rooms for two nights family birthday celebration, this hotel was convenient for theatre and restaurants. Excelleny location, friendly and helpful reception. The rooms are eell furnished, clean and comfortable. We rate this hotel.
Best service ever! The workers are helpful and mindful. Greets every time, helps us all they can. All information is stored on the TV.We booked a standard dobble bedroom. It was big and neat! I would definitly use The Nadler in the future.
Very nice hotel in the center of London ! The neighbourhood is quiet and the commodities are close : Victoria line (4 min by foot to the Cardinal Exit), Buckingham Palace (less than 10min by foot) and different restaurants are available in the area (Prt Manger, Wagamama, Phoenix in Victoria, Shake Shack, Nando's....)We stayed three days in this hotel. The room was not very big, but it was enough for a couple. Nice decoration, the bedding was perfect !One pain point : the absence of restaurant. Even though there are many restaurants in the area, it can become quickly expensive. Check the hotel's recommendations were you can find a discount. We spent 5 nights at this hotel, I gave it a star for every night.When you start saying "let's go home" instead of "let's go to the hotel", it's a pretty good indicator that the hotel is excellent. Staff and service was superb. The room was great! we loved the kitchenette and the shower room. The bed was so comfortable! The only one tiny improvement that can be made is to the light isolation in the room - but it's just to take it from adequate to completely light sealed. Bottom line: I would definitely go back to this hotel and would recommend you try it next time you come to London. It's a perfect place to come back to and relax after a long day of tourism or meetings.
Exceptionally friendly staff. They helped us get tickets to various places, printed directions (and mobile tickets), and let us borrow their scale so we could weigh our luggage to avoid horrendous baggage fees at the airport. Room was comfortable and nice size. Great shops and restaurants literally around the corner. Close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster and St. James Park. Victoria Station is a 3 min walk with easy access to several lines throughout the city- really prime location that made it super easy to get around. This was a first trip to London for my husband and myself and we would definitely come back to the Nadler Victoria!
